Licensed Clinical Social Worker Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Illinois Job Summary This position centers on clinical therapy delivery for adults seeking structured mental health support. You will apply social work principles in a clinical setting, helping clients address emotional challenges while maintaining consistent, measurable progress. Core Duties Provide psychotherapy through secure telehealth systems Complete assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Document services in compliance with state and organizational standards Maintain professional boundaries and ethical practice Participate in quality assurance and clinical reviews Active Illinois LCSW license Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) Clinical experience in mental health treatment Familiarity with telehealth documentation systems Ability to manage time and caseload independently Two weeks paid time off Health insurance plan 401(k) with 3% company match Bring your clinical skills into a setting designed for long-term practice.
