North Carolina Licensed Clinical Social Worker Job Summary The Licensed Clinical Social Worker in this remote role will provide mental health therapy to clients across North Carolina through secure virtual appointments. Day-to-day clinical work includes new client intakes, individual therapy sessions, treatment plan reviews, progress documentation, and support for clients navigating stress, trauma, mood concerns, grief, and family-related challenges. Key Position Details Location: North Carolina Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide clinical therapy services through virtual appointments Complete new client assessments and identify treatment priorities Develop care plans based on client goals, symptoms, and clinical observations Support clients managing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, family concerns, and adjustment issues Keep organized records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and required updates Review client progress and adjust interventions when clinically appropriate Follow privacy, documentation, and telehealth compliance requirements Respond appropriately to risk concerns and follow escalation procedures Maintain professional communication with clients and support staff Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina Experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Ability to manage a remote caseload with accuracy and professionalism Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote position Monday–Friday schedule Administrative and clinical support systems Submit your resume to be considered for this full-time remote LCSW position serving clients throughout North Carolina.
