Licensed Clinical Social Worker Position: Full-Time Location: Pennsylvania Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: This opportunity is for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys direct client care and wants to work in a structured telehealth setting. You will help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and personal challenges by providing therapy, performing assessments, and building care plans that match their goals. The role is centered on strong clinical judgment, organized follow-through, and steady client support. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one counseling through secure virtual sessions Assess client needs and identify treatment priorities Develop treatment plans and update them as needed Keep timely and accurate clinical documentation Support clients with coping tools and therapeutic interventions Identify safety concerns and follow proper response procedures Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records Ability to work independently in a remote environment Solid understanding of ethical and professional practice standards 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take your experience into a remote role where your work stays focused, meaningful, and part of clients’ everyday progress.
