Description
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote care team on a full-time basis. This telehealth role centers on helping clients address mental health concerns through assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and consistent follow-up. The day-to-day work is focused, purposeful, and centered on delivering high-quality clinical care in an accessible virtual setting. Position: Full-Time Location: North Carolina Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to clients on a scheduled basis Assess presenting concerns and recommend appropriate treatment approaches Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Document sessions, treatment goals, and clinical progress accurately Help clients build strategies for managing stress, trauma, and life transitions Maintain regular follow-up and continuity of care Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active LCSW license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services Strong documentation and case management skills Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Move forward with a role that gives you the space to do strong clinical work from wherever you work best.
