Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker Job Summary Our team is searching for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time telehealth opportunity serving clients throughout Texas. This position gives you the ability to provide structured therapy from a remote setting while staying focused on clinical care, client progress, and quality documentation. In this role, you will support clients through virtual sessions, help them identify barriers affecting their mental health, and guide them through treatment goals that are realistic and clinically sound. The work requires strong listening skills, sound judgment, and the ability to provide steady therapeutic care in an online setting. Location: Texas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Deliver therapy services to Texas-based clients through a secure virtual platform Review client history, symptoms, stressors, and support systems during assessment Establish treatment goals and revise them as care progresses Provide support for clients experiencing mood concerns, trauma responses, stress, grief, relationship issues, and life changes Prepare clinical notes and treatment updates in a clear and timely manner Use professional judgment when identifying risk, reporting concerns, or recommending higher levels of care Maintain compliance with telehealth, privacy, and clinical practice requirements Encourage client engagement through practical strategies and clear communication Work with the care team when consultation or case coordination is appropriate Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Texas Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program Prior experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services Comfortable delivering care through secure video sessions Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency Knowledge of HIPAA, mandated reporting, risk assessment, and ethical clinical practice Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Monday–Friday schedule Supportive clinical structure and administrative systems Interested LCSW candidates are welcome to submit their resume for confidential consideration.
