Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Position: Full-Time Location: Nevada Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide therapy and mental health support through a telehealth platform. This role focuses on working directly with clients, understanding their needs, creating treatment plans, and helping them make progress over time. You will spend your day conducting virtual sessions, documenting care, and using your clinical skills to support clients in a clear and practical way. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients on a scheduled basis Complete client assessments and gather relevant psychosocial information Create and manage individualized treatment plans Monitor progress and make clinical adjustments when appropriate Document sessions, evaluations, and care plans accurately Provide referrals or additional support recommendations as needed Maintain compliance with privacy laws and clinical standards Active LCSW license in Nevada Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records Ability to work independently in a remote environment Solid understanding of ethical and professional practice standards 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take your experience into a remote role where your work stays focused, meaningful, and part of clients’ everyday progress.
