Texas LCSW Therapist | Remote Behavioral Health Position with Full Benefits Position Details Location: Texas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker position gives you the opportunity to provide steady, client-centered therapy from home while serving adults who need support with mental health, emotional stress, relationship concerns, grief, adjustment issues, and everyday challenges that affect their well-being. As an LCSW, your day-to-day work will include meeting clients virtually, helping them identify patterns, building realistic goals, and guiding them through practical therapeutic strategies. You will be part of a professional telehealth environment where clinical care, clear documentation, and consistent follow-through matter.
