Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Oklahoma Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in this remote role, you will provide virtual therapy services to clients across Oklahoma. Your work will include completing assessments, identifying client needs, developing treatment plans, leading scheduled therapy sessions, and tracking client progress over time. This position is centered on direct clinical care, accurate documentation, and helping clients work through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges in a structured telehealth setting. Responsibilities: Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform Complete clinical assessments and intake evaluations Develop and update treatment plans based on client goals and needs Document sessions, progress notes, and clinical updates accurately Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when needed Support clients with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing Previous clinical therapy or behavioral health experience preferred Comfortable providing services through telehealth Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a remote role where your work can make a steady impact across Oklahoma.
