Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) | Full-Time Telehealth Role in Utah We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients across Utah. In this full-time role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for individuals managing emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges. This role is a strong fit for an LCSW who comfortable working is independently, communicates clearly, and values steady, structured clinical work in a remote setting. Location: Utah Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete intake assessments and gather relevant client history Develop, update, and follow individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed Provide support for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, or life transitions Follow HIPAA, ethical, and state licensing requirements Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members when needed Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Utah Previous clinical therapy experience required Experience providing telehealth services preferred Strong documentation and time management skills Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a stable remote therapy role where your clinical skills are valued, we invite you to take the next step in your career with us.
