Licensed Clinical Social Worker Location: Cary, NC Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Support North Carolina residents through consistent, video-based therapy. You’ll work with a regular caseload and a clear framework for assessment, planning, and ongoing care. Responsibilities Perform clinical assessments and risk screenings via telehealth Provide weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions Collaborate with clients on personalized treatment plans Maintain up-to-date notes and documentation in the EMR Join remote team meetings and peer consultations Coordinate with other providers when clinically indicated Active North Carolina license: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT Master’s degree in a behavioral health field Experience providing individual therapy to adults and/or teens Strong clinical judgment and comfort using telehealth platforms 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401(k) Plan with 3% Company Match Submit your CV and a short note about how you like to structure therapy work, and we’ll reach out to discuss North Carolina telehealth opportunities.
