Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker Location: Indiana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote care team serving clients through telehealth. This position centers on direct clinical work, including assessment, diagnosis support, therapy, treatment planning, and ongoing case oversight. You will play an important role in helping clients address mental health concerns, improve coping skills, and work toward realistic treatment goals from the convenience of a virtual setting. This opportunity is well suited for an LCSW who values organized care delivery and clear clinical communication. Responsibilities: Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients across Indiana Complete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs Document sessions, interventions, and progress notes accurately Review client response to treatment and modify plans when needed Use technology effectively to deliver professional virtual care Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Indiana LCSW license in good standing Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Comfortable working in a remote clinical environment Proficiency with telehealth systems and electronic health records 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience to a role built for focus, flexibility, and meaningful client care.
