Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Connecticut (Remote/Telehealth) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team and deliver high-quality therapeutic services to individuals dealing with mental health challenges. In this full-time, remote role, you will provide virtual therapy sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and contribute to the well-being of clients through evidence-based practices and compassionate care. Responsibilities: Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices. Assess clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Provide ongoing counseling to individuals, families, and groups. Maintain detailed client records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. LCSW certification (active and in good standing). Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field. At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
