Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Oklahoma Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: In this remote LCSW position, you will provide structured therapy services to clients through scheduled virtual sessions. The role involves reviewing client history, identifying clinical needs, creating care plans, documenting each session, and monitoring progress toward treatment goals. You will also help clients understand patterns, manage symptoms, and take practical steps toward improved mental and emotional health. Responsibilities: Meet with clients through scheduled telehealth sessions Review client background, current concerns, and treatment needs Provide therapy for mental health and life-related challenges Create treatment plans and revise goals as care progresses Complete accurate documentation after each session Monitor client response to treatment and adjust care as needed Maintain compliance with privacy, licensing, and documentation standards Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing Previous clinical therapy or behavioral health experience preferred Comfortable providing services through telehealth Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a remote role where your work can make a steady impact across Oklahoma.
