Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' emotional, psychological, and social needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs and client goals. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group counseling. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation as per regulatory requirements. Advocate for clients and assist them in accessing community resources and support services. Conduct follow-up assessments to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Counselor/Psychologist. Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred, especially in a hospital or healthcare context. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
