Description

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our ARMHS team. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of Mental Health Practitioners (MHPs), ensure clinical and documentation quality, and provide diagnostic assessments. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with DHS requirements while fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
  • Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT (required)
  • Clinical supervisor certification (preferred)
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in mental health services, preferably ARMHS or community-based care
  • Familiarity with DHS guidelines and evidence-based practices in mental health
  • Experience with Procentive or comparable electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
  • Provide at least one hour of individual clinical supervision monthly to each Mental Health Practitioner
  • Facilitate monthly team supervision and clinical meetings
  • Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure timely completion of progress notes, treatment plans, updates, and service delivery
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments to determine client eligibility and develop treatment plans
  • Monitor service line accuracy and appropriate use of ARMHS billing codes
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain high standards of care and team performance
  • Communicate policy changes and provide ongoing training and support to MHPs
