ABOUT THE ROLE The Licensed Clinician is a key member of our treatment team, providing high-quality, client-centered care to individuals navigating substance use recovery. You’ll work closely with clients to help them understand addiction, build effective coping strategies, and achieve sustainable recovery goals. Through individual and group counseling, assessments, and personalized treatment planning, you’ll empower clients to improve their quality of life in a supportive, non-judgmental setting. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and substance use assessments * Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans * Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions * Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure holistic care * Participate in weekly clinical supervision in accordance with state and professional requirements WHAT WE OFFER * Flexible part-time scheduling to support work-life balance * Paid clinical hours for groups, individual sessions, and assessments (30-minute sessions) * Weekly clinical supervision with a designated supervisor * A collaborative, mission-driven work environment focused on recovery and growth SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * Active or eligible licensure preferred (LAC, LSW, CADC, LCSW, LPC, LCADC) * Strong knowledge of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment practices * Excellent communication and rapport-building skills * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team * Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS * Successful completion of physical exam and drug screening (including THC) * Ability to attend and complete all required trainings * Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including sitting, standing, lifting, bending, driving, and attending meetings * Required Criminal Record History, FBI, and Child Abuse History Clearances * Must pass federal and state background checks BENEFITS * Clinicians scheduled for fewer than 24 hours per week are not benefits-eligible About Company: Apis Services, Inc.
