Description The Clinician will work with children who have therapeutic needs within our Early Learning Centers and Extended Day Programs. In coordination with other Clinicians, will share site responsibility to include weekly visits, assess children and support teachers with behavioral needs and interventions. The Clinician will also write and modify assessments. This position requires reliable transportation as traveling to early learning centers is necessary from Pawtucket, Central Falls, Cumberland, Smithfield, Providence, North Providence, and East Greenwich. Hours: Part Time 11 - 29.5 hours a week M-F hours vary between 8:30-5:00 Pay Range: $30.00 to $32.00 an hour Benefits: 50% off childcare tuition Paid time off Holidays off Requirements Education: Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) as required in the state of Rhode Island to work with therapeutic preschool and school age childcare programs. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience working with children in an early learning center Physical Requirements: Ability to be engaged in physical exercise with children such as walking, running, crawling, bending, twisting. Must have visual and hearing acuity, must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Other: Multilingual Spanish speaking preferred. Minimum of 21 years of age, must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
