Join our dynamic team of both licensed and unlicensed clinicians providing mental health services and behavioral analysis for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. At Venture Community Services, we utilize an interdisciplinary collaborative approach of Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), non-licensed behavioral health specialists and nursing to treat the whole person. Venture is currently seeking a unlicensed Master level clinician to provide behavioral analysis services under the supervision of the Vice President of Clinical Services. The clinician may also conduct individual and group sessions in the areas of Human Rights, grief/loss, social skills etc. Other duties can include conducting assessment, developing Positive Behavioral Supports treatment plans, attending various meetings (ISP, Med review, Risk). All treatment is supervised by the appropriate licensed clinician (LABA/LICSW) This position is salaried.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Licensed Clinician reports to the Clinical Supervisor. The Licensed Clinician will provide support to Day and Residential programs by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. The Licensed Clinician will provide ongoing support to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and managers regarding implementation and documentation of the Behavior Support Plan.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICATIONS
· Be currently licensed in Massachusetts in accordance with applicable law as one of the following:
o Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
o Licensed Mental Health Councilor (LMHC)
o Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
· Have at least three years of training, including post graduate class work or formal training, and/or experience in function based behavioral assessment and treatment
· Have at least three years of clinical experience in the treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Employee must possess the knowledge; skills and abilities listed above, and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job. Employee must be able to speak, read and write in fluent English.
