THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in a supportive environment while working in a desirable location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently.
• Conducting title checks, searches, and reviewing reports on title.
• Providing clear, practical, and timely advice to clients throughout the transaction.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records and case management data.
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff where appropriate.
