Responsibilities Licensed Engineer (LME) Maintains and repairs heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and related controls and accessories, pneumatic and electronic equipment, temperature controls, emergency electrical equipment, locks and hardware, electrical systems, tests and repairs fire safety equipment, sprinklers, alarm systems, patient equipment and all running repairs for daily operation of the hospital. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Completed courses in apprenticeship program - journeyman engineer. Experience: Four years minimum experience. Knowledge of heating cooling and ventilation. Licensure Current valid applicable state driver’s license and a driving record that meets insurance carrier requirements Valid Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrical (LME) license or higher electrical license, or a Journey Level Plumber license, or a Class 3 Boiler Operator license required.
