Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, confident in building client relationships, and driven to grow their book of business. This role is ideal for someone who not only delivers exceptional services but is also excited to promote themselves and the spa both in-person and on social media. Key Responsibilities: Perform professional facial treatments, including customized facials, peels, dermaplaning, and advanced skincare services Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment plans to achieve long-term results Recommend and confidently upsell products, add-ons, and upgraded services Actively build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and follow-up Promote services, specials, and personal work via social media and other outreach efforts Participate in spa promotions, events, and membership growth initiatives Maintain treatment rooms and adhere to all sanitation and licensing standards What We’re Looking For: Active Esthetician License in the state of Florida Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable promoting yourself and your work Confidence in recommending higher-value services and retail products A team player who is also driven to build their individual clientele Passion for skincare and helping clients see real results Preferred (but not required): Experience with dermaplaning, chemical peels, and advanced facial treatments Previous experience in a spa or membership-based environment Social media presence or willingness to consistently promote services online Compensation & Perks: Competitive service commission + upgrades + retail commission Tips Ongoing training and education Flexible scheduling Opportunity for growth within the spa
