Roles and Responsibilities: An active Esthetics license in Pennsylvania Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services - including Waxing, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, NuFace, Dermalogica ProPen and DiamondGlow services. Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars Must be able to work evenings and weekends to grow your client base. Achieve sales and rebooking goals as outlined by spa management Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
