JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments, educating clients about skincare products, and enhancing their overall experience through outstanding customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid esthetician license
• Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques.
• Ability to perform product demos effectively to educate clients.
• Knowledge of nail care practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Prior experience in front desk operations or customer service roles is preferred.

• Provide various esthetic services, including facials, waxing and more.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use.
• Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Perform product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of skincare products.
• Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and promote sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
• Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
