What You’ll Do: Provide prompt, professional service with a focus on one-call resolution. Accurately enter inbound leads and follow up as needed. Handle client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and policy details. Multitask across systems while maintaining high attention to detail. Collaborate in a team-oriented culture focused on customer satisfaction and company growth. Compensation: Base pay + commission Start date: December 1st What We’re Looking For: Required: Active General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License Preferred: Call center experience Associate’s degree or higher Bilingual (English/Spanish) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $24.52/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
