We’re seeking a Licensed Hairstylist to provide exceptional hair services while building strong client relationships in a vibrant and supportive work environment.
Position: Full-time / Part-time
Location: Ancaster, ON
Compensation: Competitive pay + Commission (Negotiable based on experience and clientele)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a licensed hairstylist
• Clientele base preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Strong knowledge of cutting, colouring, and styling techniques, interested in continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Provide professional haircuts, colour treatments, styling, and other hair care services.
• Maintain a clean and organized station and ensure top-notch customer service.
• Stay updated with current hair trends and techniques to offer clients the latest styles and treatments.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele, while delivering personalized consultations and recommendations.
• Uphold salon policies and ensure client satisfaction through high-quality service.
