We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, accountable individual to join our team in the role of Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic. The position is based primarily on multiple job sites with some maintenance performed at our yard. The position requires excellent communication skills and a team player. This position will also include guidance to our current mechanic’s helper.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 5 years experience
· Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all heavy construction equipment
· Repair equipment outdoors in all types of weather conditions
· Travel to multiple construction sites depending on repair needs
· Diagnose equipment problems and take corrective action in order to minimize the impact on crew production
· Prepare and submit equipment maintenance records
· Ability to follow instructions, rules and regulations
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $48.00-$65.00 per hour
