We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and client-oriented Licensed Immigration Consultant to join us.
Responsibilities:
* Provide professional immigration advice and services in compliance with IRCC regulations and CICC Code of Professional Conduct
* Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs and develop tailored application strategies
* Prepare, review, and submit applications to IRCC, PNP offices, and other relevant authorities
* Maintain accurate and organized client files in accordance with compliance requirements
* Stay current with immigration policies, laws, and program changes
* Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner, providing regular case updates
* Represent clients before immigration authorities where applicable
* Collaborate with the internal team to support marketing, business development, and client outreach efforts

Requirements:
* Active RCIC license in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Canadian immigration consulting (specify if open to newly licensed consultants)
* Strong knowledge of IRCC processes, PNP programs, and immigration law
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and immigration case management software
* Mandarin/Cantonese considered an asset
