You’ll provide direct therapeutic care to clients facing mental health challenges, working collaboratively to ensure they receive the support they need to thrive. Job Type: Full Time Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Salary Range: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, plus benefits Key Duties: Perform virtual psychosocial evaluations to understand client needs. Offer individual and group therapy using evidence-based strategies. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care. Advocate for equitable access to resources and services. Keep detailed records to track client progress and treatment outcomes. Stay informed on best practices through ongoing professional development. Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance.
