Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Location: Vermont Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Setting: Telehealth / Remote This remote clinical counseling role is designed for a Vermont-licensed professional who wants to provide steady mental health support through telehealth. You will work with clients who are seeking care that is easier to access, easier to schedule, and built around real-life needs. The role gives you space to focus on clinical care, clear documentation, and strong client relationships within a structured weekday schedule. Key Responsibilities Provide remote counseling sessions to clients located in Vermont Complete clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment goals Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and relationship-based concerns Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Deliver care in a secure, ethical, and professional telehealth setting Must hold an active Vermont license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work Comfortable working in a remote care model Strong communication and organization skills Able to create a reliable and supportive virtual care experience 2 weeks of paid time off Health insurance coverage 401(k) plan with a 3% company match If you are licensed in Vermont and want a remote role where your clinical skills can support clients across the state, we welcome your application.
