Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker | Remote Massachusetts Therapy Role Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide remote therapy services for clients across Massachusetts. This role is focused on helping clients understand what they are experiencing, identify practical next steps, and receive ongoing mental health support through secure virtual sessions. The LICSW in this position will handle clinical assessments, therapy sessions, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and documentation. It is a strong fit for a licensed provider who values organized clinical work, steady client interaction, and the ability to make care more accessible through telehealth. Location: Massachusetts Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients in a private, professional manner Complete intake screenings and clinical evaluations Identify client needs and create treatment plans that support realistic goals Provide therapeutic support for emotional, behavioral, relational, and adjustment-related concerns Track client progress and make thoughtful updates to treatment plans Document clinical work clearly and within required timelines Use secure telehealth and EHR systems for care delivery and recordkeeping Apply appropriate safety planning and escalation steps when client risk is present Maintain compliance with Massachusetts practice requirements and professional ethics Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted Massachusetts LICSW license Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Consistent full-time schedule Supportive administrative structure Take the next step in your clinical social work career with a full-time remote LICSW role serving clients throughout Massachusetts.
