Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) We’re seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a remote role. This position is best suited for a clinician who wants to provide direct mental health care in a simple, structured telehealth setting. You’ll work with clients dealing with concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. The role includes therapy sessions, assessments, treatment planning, and clear documentation. Position: Full-Time Location: West Virginia Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Provide psychotherapy through telehealth Complete clinical assessments and evaluations Build treatment plans based on client needs Keep records accurate and up to date Review progress and adjust treatment when needed Follow privacy, licensing, and compliance standards Master’s degree in Social Work Active West Virginia LICSW license Experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step into a remote role where your clinical work can truly matter.
