Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker | Massachusetts Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Summary: We’re looking for a skilled LICSW to provide telehealth services, helping clients manage their mental health from the convenience of their homes. As part of our team, you’ll support individuals in navigating life’s challenges through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities: Conduct initial evaluations and create treatment plans for clients Provide ongoing therapy and mental health support via telehealth platforms Document patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary Offer guidance on coping strategies and problem-solving techniques Maintain a safe, confidential, and supportive telehealth environment Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) LICSW certification in Massachusetts At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently 2 weeks paid time off (PTO) Comprehensive health insurance coverage 401K plan with 3% company match Ready to make a real difference in people’s lives from the comfort of your own home?
