Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Location: Washington Setting: Remote/Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual mental health services to clients throughout Washington. You will meet with clients through secure telehealth sessions, assess their needs, create treatment goals, and guide them through practical steps toward better emotional and daily functioning. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions Perform clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations Create treatment plans based on client goals and clinical needs Help clients develop coping strategies and manage symptoms Document sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes accurately Identify when referrals or higher levels of care may be needed Active Washington LICSW license Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Clinical experience in therapy, behavioral health, or mental health care Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your LICSW experience into a remote role built around structure, strong pay, and meaningful client care.
