Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) We are looking for a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join a remote telehealth team. You’ll provide therapy, complete intakes, build treatment plans, and help clients manage emotional and behavioral challenges. The role also includes keeping organized notes and delivering care in a professional virtual setting. Position: Full-Time Location: West Virginia Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions Complete intake assessments and gather client history Develop and update treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation Monitor client progress throughout treatment Coordinate care when outside support is needed Master’s degree in Social Work Active West Virginia LICSW license Experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step into a remote role where your clinical work can truly matter.
