Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT) Location: Ohio Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote LIMFT position offers the opportunity to provide full-time therapy services to clients across Ohio. You will help clients better understand relational patterns, manage conflict, improve communication, and address emotional or family-related concerns. Responsibilities Provide telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families Conduct assessments and gather relevant clinical information Create individualized treatment plans based on client needs Help clients address relationship concerns, family stress, communication breakdowns, anxiety, and adjustment challenges Document sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes Active Ohio LIMFT license required Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong knowledge of family systems and relationship-based therapy Comfortable providing care through a secure telehealth platform 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Bring your clinical experience to a remote role where your work can support Ohio clients in building healthier relationships and stronger daily functioning.
