Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT) Location: Ohio Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This full-time telehealth role is designed for an Ohio-licensed LIMFT who is experienced in providing relationship- and family-focused therapy. You will work with clients seeking support for marital concerns, family dynamics, parenting stress, emotional challenges, and adjustment-related issues. Responsibilities Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families Assess presenting concerns and determine appropriate treatment goals Help clients work through relational stress, conflict, parenting concerns, and communication issues Create and maintain individualized treatment plans Complete clinical notes, progress updates, and required documentation Use evidence-based approaches within your clinical scope Active Ohio LIMFT license required Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong knowledge of family systems and relationship-based therapy Comfortable providing care through a secure telehealth platform 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Bring your clinical experience to a remote role where your work can support Ohio clients in building healthier relationships and stronger daily functioning.
