Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT) Location: Ohio Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver remote therapy services to clients throughout Ohio. In this position, you will support individuals, couples, and families as they work through relational challenges, conflict, stress, and changes that affect daily functioning. Your work will include clinical assessments, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and ongoing therapeutic support through a telehealth platform. Responsibilities Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment needs Support clients with family conflict, relationship concerns, stress, anxiety, grief, and life transitions Develop treatment goals that are realistic, measurable, and clinically appropriate Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed Complete timely and accurate documentation Active Ohio LIMFT license required Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong knowledge of family systems and relationship-based therapy Comfortable providing care through a secure telehealth platform 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Bring your clinical experience to a remote role where your work can support Ohio clients in building healthier relationships and stronger daily functioning.

Responsibilities
