Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT) Location: Ohio Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary The Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist in this role will provide virtual therapy services for Ohio clients dealing with relationship strain, family concerns, communication difficulties, grief, stress, and life transitions. This position requires strong clinical judgment, clear documentation, and the ability to guide clients through evidence-based care while maintaining professional and ethical standards in a remote environment. Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually for individual, couple, and family therapy sessions Complete intake evaluations and identify clinical concerns Build treatment plans that reflect client needs and therapy goals Provide support for relationship challenges, family conflict, parenting stress, emotional concerns, and adjustment issues Review client progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Active Ohio LIMFT license required Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong knowledge of family systems and relationship-based therapy Comfortable providing care through a secure telehealth platform 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Bring your clinical experience to a remote role where your work can support Ohio clients in building healthier relationships and stronger daily functioning.
