Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, including crisis intervention. Utilize evidence-based practices and make referrals as needed. Engage collateral sources (family, friends, agencies) to support treatment. Deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate care. May perform Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or court-related evaluations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with treatment goals. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy with a clinical/mental health focus. Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience. One year of experience with the site’s specific population preferred. Licensure: Iowa: LISW, LMFT, LMHC Illinois: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT Wisconsin: LCSW, LMFT, LPC
