The Wesley Dickinson Allstate Agency, located in Bryant, Arkansas, is growing and looking for Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Sales Producers who are confident, coachable, have a positive attitude, and bring a proven sales track record. You’ll help clients protect what matters most - homes, vehicles, income, and more - while enjoying a supportive, team-oriented environment with unlimited earning potential.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience working in a commissioned sales position strongly preferred
  • Must have or be willing to obtain an Arkansas State Personal Lines Insurance License
  • A sense of urgency to achieve career and earnings goals
  • A willingness to learn and be coached daily
  • A genuine desire to help people protect what’s important to them
    Not licensed yet? For unlicensed candidates, we will reimburse the cost of Personal Lines licensing after you’ve worked 90 days and are on track with your goals.
