Description
Description We are seeking a skilled, self-motivated Licensed or Journeyman Electrician to support a high-tech printed circuit board manufacturing facility operating 24/7. This position plays a critical role in maintaining and improving the electrical systems that power advanced manufacturing equipment, cleanroom environments, and facility infrastructure. This is not a “new construction only” role — we need someone comfortable troubleshooting live systems, working independently, and adapting to a wide variety of industrial tasks. Requirements Key Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair: Industrial electrical distribution systems Motor controls, VFDs, and PLC-controlled equipment HVAC electrical systems UPS and backup power systems Production machinery power circuits Install and modify conduit, panels, and industrial wiring Diagnose electrical faults quickly to minimize downtime Support facility upgrades and equipment installations Work safely in: Manufacturing floors Mechanical rooms Cleanroom and controlled environments Outdoor facility areas Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours issues Document work performed and assist with preventive maintenance programs Qualifications Valid Licensed/ Journeyman Electrician Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred Strong troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Familiarity with: 480V systems Control panels and low voltage controls Motors and drives Comfortable working in varied physical environments Strong safety mindset and ability to follow lockout/tagout procedures Ensure work complies with National Electric Code (NEC)
