Description We are hiring a Licensed or Journeyman Plumber to support the complex piping and utility systems of a 24/7 electronics manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role responsible for keeping critical water, air, and process systems running reliably. This position involves more than standard commercial plumbing — you’ll work with specialized industrial systems that support advanced manufacturing equipment. Requirements Install, maintain, and repair: Domestic water systems Industrial/process water lines Drain and waste systems Compressed air piping Facility utility piping Troubleshoot leaks, pressure issues, and system failures Support installation of new equipment and facility upgrades Work in: Production areas Mechanical rooms Utility chases Outdoor and roof systems when required Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response Assist with preventive maintenance programs Maintain compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards Maintain and install different waste water piping systems Qualifications Valid Licensed/ Journeyman Plumber Experience in industrial or commercial facilities preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability Knowledge of: Pumps and piping systems Industrial valves Backflow prevention Ability to read mechanical drawings and P&IDs is a plus Comfortable working in varied environments and physical conditions Strong safety mindset
