Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location and Role Details Location: New Haven, Connecticut Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a telehealth role that values steady communication, thoughtful treatment planning, and practical support. You will work with clients in Connecticut who may be managing relationship stress, family systems, communication issues, and individual emotional health, while maintaining clear documentation and ethical remote care standards. This position is especially suited for a clinician who can support both individual concerns and the relationship or family patterns that often shape a client’s daily life. Responsibilities · Offer virtual therapy sessions focused on safety, trust, and steady progress · Provide support for relationship patterns, family stress, communication concerns, and individual wellbeing · Complete clinical intakes and ongoing treatment reviews · Help clients strengthen coping tools and make sense of current challenges · Maintain accurate records using electronic documentation systems · Practice within licensure, ethical standards, and remote care requirements · Active Connecticut LMFT license in good standing · Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Marital and Family Therapist licensure · Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role · Confidence managing treatment plans, documentation, and client communication in a full-time role. · Experience supporting individuals, couples, families, or clients with relational concerns is helpful. · 2 weeks PTO · Health Insurance · 401K Plan with 3% Company Match · Competitive annual salary with full benefits Step into a telehealth role where your professional judgment, documentation, and client care all matter.
