Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Location: Toledo, OH Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Support Ohio clients seeking consistent, video-based therapy. You’ll manage a defined caseload, clear documentation requirements, and a regular daytime schedule. Responsibilities Complete structured assessments and follow-up sessions remotely Diagnose using current clinical standards and document clearly Develop treatment plans with practical, attainable goals Maintain up-to-date clinical notes and treatment summaries Participate in remote team meetings and case reviews Share clinical perspectives that help refine services Active Ohio license: LISW, LPCC, or IMFT Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or MFT Previous experience providing therapy to adults and/or teens Solid skills in time management, boundaries, and clear communication 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401(k) Plan with 3% Company Match Submit your resume along with a short overview of your therapeutic style, and we’ll contact you to discuss available Ohio telehealth roles.
