Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Illinois Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for an Illinois Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote mental health services to clients navigating personal, relational, and family concerns. In this position, you will help clients identify patterns, strengthen communication, manage stress, and work toward healthier relationships. This is a full-time telehealth opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and a clear clinical focus. Responsibilities Provide online therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Conduct assessments and gather relevant clinical history Build treatment plans that match client concerns and goals Address family conflict, relationship strain, emotional stress, grief, anxiety, and life transitions Maintain detailed and accurate client records Review progress regularly and update care plans when appropriate Current Illinois LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field Previous clinical experience with couples, families, or individual therapy Knowledge of family systems, relational therapy, and mental health treatment planning Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong professional judgment and clear written communication 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a remote role built for consistency, focus, and meaningful client care.
