Remote Family Therapy Clinician | Licensed LMFT in Montana About the Role This full-time remote position is designed for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is licensed in Montana and experienced in helping clients navigate relationship, family, and emotional health concerns. The LMFT will provide virtual therapy sessions for clients who may be dealing with marital concerns, family transitions, parenting challenges, emotional distress, anxiety, depression, grief, or communication difficulties. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, therapy delivery, documentation, and referral support when needed. Role Details Location: Montana Employment Status: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM What You Will Do Meet with clients through secure video-based therapy sessions Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families Assess symptoms, relationship concerns, family dynamics, and client goals Develop treatment plans that are clinically appropriate and goal-oriented Help clients work through conflict, communication issues, stress, grief, anxiety, depression, and life changes Support clients in building healthier coping strategies and relational patterns Keep clinical notes and records current, accurate, and complete Maintain confidentiality and meet HIPAA requirements for remote care Follow ethical standards and state licensure expectations Determine when referrals, coordination, or additional resources may be needed Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field Active Montana LMFT license in good standing Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Strong knowledge of family systems, relationship dynamics, assessment, and treatment planning Comfortable providing services through telehealth platforms Ability to maintain professional documentation and manage a full-time caseload Reliable internet connection and private workspace for confidential sessions Experience with electronic health records preferred $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Full-time weekday schedule Clinical and administrative support Submit your resume to be considered for a remote LMFT position that offers full-time stability, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide high-quality therapy services throughout Montana.
