Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Location: New Mexico Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary This full-time telehealth role is for an LPCC who wants to provide quality mental health care without the commute or weekend schedule. You will work with clients virtually, helping them better understand what they are experiencing and what steps may help them move forward. Each day will include client sessions, documentation, treatment planning, and ongoing support for individuals working through mental health concerns, stressors, and personal goals. Responsibilities Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions Complete clinical evaluations and ongoing progress reviews Develop treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals Help clients build coping skills and healthier behavior patterns Active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor license in New Mexico Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field Experience providing direct therapy services Strong understanding of clinical documentation requirements Ability to work independently in a remote setting Professional communication and time management skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a full-time telehealth position with steady hours and meaningful client work, this could be your next professional home.
