Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Location: Richmond, KY Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Help Kentucky clients access therapy from home through secure video sessions. You’ll focus on assessments, clear goals, and reliable follow-up. Responsibilities Conduct intake interviews and diagnostic assessments remotely Provide structured telehealth therapy sessions Develop treatment plans with step-by-step progress markers Keep clinical documentation timely and accurate Attend virtual team check-ins and training sessions Provide clinical feedback that supports ongoing service improvement Active Kentucky license: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or MFT Clinical experience in individual therapy Comfortable managing a scheduled caseload in a remote setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401(k) Plan with 3% Company Match If this role lines up with your skills and goals, submit your resume so we can connect and walk through current Kentucky telehealth openings.
