Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Michigan Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote role. In this position, you will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth. Your work will focus on helping clients improve communication, work through personal and relational challenges, and build healthier day-to-day patterns. This role is a strong fit for a therapist who values structured clinical work, meaningful client progress, and the flexibility of a remote setting. Responsibilities: Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Complete assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs Help clients address relationship concerns, emotional stress, family conflict, and life transitions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals when needed Follow ethical, legal, and professional practice standards Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate Active LMFT license in Michigan Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a role where your work can truly make a difference from day one.
