Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Arizona Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary As a remote LMFT, you’ll support Arizona clients through some of the challenges that affect their homes, relationships, and daily routines. This role includes providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families while helping clients better understand patterns, improve communication, and work toward healthier outcomes. Responsibilities Provide secure virtual therapy sessions Complete client assessments and treatment plans Guide clients through relationship and family-related concerns Monitor progress and revise goals when needed Maintain clear clinical records Follow HIPAA and telehealth requirements Active Arizona LMFT license Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable working through telehealth platforms 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Remote work schedule Bring your clinical skills into a remote role where your work supports real progress for Arizona clients.
