Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position Details Location: North Carolina Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide telehealth counseling services to individuals, couples, and families across North Carolina. This role involves conducting virtual therapy sessions, completing clinical assessments, creating treatment plans, and helping clients work through relationship concerns, family conflict, communication challenges, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. You will manage a regular caseload, document client progress, and provide professional clinical support through a secure remote platform. Responsibilities Provide remote therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment goals Develop, review, and update client treatment plans Support clients with relationship concerns, family conflict, anxiety, grief, and adjustment challenges Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when appropriate Follow HIPAA, ethical, and state licensing requirements for telehealth care Maintain a private and professional remote workspace for client sessions Active LMFT license in North Carolina Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote care 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LMFT ready to provide quality remote care for clients in North Carolina, we would be glad to review your resume and connect with you.
